Chainsaw attacks won’t proc adrenaline smiter unless it’s the first hit of damage. Best example is the chainaxe light attacks on the Mk IV you may kill them in animation but unless it’s the contact damage that kills you won’t get stacks of it.

Try any chainsaw attacks. chainaxe Mk IV light attacks show it the best
