# CE-34878-0 error in Vermintide 2 on PS4

Crash - On Launch

### Issue Description (Required):

The game crashes every time I press “Start Game” even in Offline mode, but if I turn off internet connection in console settings - it works. I just bought physical deluxe edition for ps4 and can’t even play with internet connection

Constant (100%)

PlayStation

Sorry to hear this @vaas29

I recommend trying the following:

- Uninstall, and reinstall Vermintide 2 to check if the issue is related to your game installation being corrupted in some way.

If the issue persists, then:

- Try deleting your local save data. Please note that any progress made in _Offline_ mode and any custom settings will be lost; however, all progress made in _Online_ mode is stored safely on our servers and will remain intact.

I reinstall the game and unfortunatelly it doesn’t help, deleting save data too

Hm okay, thanks for the update!

What is your PS account name/ID? Just so we can check your backend data to see if anything is out of place with your account data.
