# Can't start the game since Tuesday

**Issue Description:**

Hi!

As the title says I can’t start this game anymore, suddenly after playin one night.

I can’t give you a lot of additional information though. I installed it using the game pass so I don’t know a way to run it via console or getting debug info. After Launcher - Play the game itself is in the task manager but I don’t get a window where it actually runs. I tried uninstalling / reinstalling it, resetting settings… nothing worked unfortunately. I also installed the latest graphic drivers.

Anyone getting any ideas what I could do to get this game running again or getting better infos?
