# CachyOS Linux unable to load game

Crash - on Launch

### Issue Description (Required):

I was able to run the game with Proton Experimental before the update but now the game will not start up at all after clicking on PLAY in the game’s launcher. Proton logs suggest a renderer failure that’s extremely deep end.  
I’m using Nvidia GPU - RTX 4070 Ti Super and Intel i7-14700f.  
I’ve been troubleshooting it for 2 days to no effect.  
Unfortunately, no crash logs because it’s on Linux (the crash log window does not appear).

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Constant (100%)

Hey Bath, as you know, our support for Linux is extremely limited ☹ I can share this with the team, but I can’t make any promises. If there’s console logs (I know no crash report is produced), it’d be helpful to have those.

I managed to get it working with Proton-GE! will test stability soon but so far seems ok. Thanks for the message!
