Bug that disables UI Tweaks mod

Due to a bug in the game, UI Tweaks mod does not work if a non-English interface is enabled

The above bug happens on multiple mods: Loadout Manager, Crosshairs Fix, Armory, and UI Tweaks. All of these mods are UI-related.
