Issue Description:
Since the newest patch I have, lacking a better wording, a bubble of approx. 10m around my character within everything is engulfed in way more shadows then from further back. This wall of shadows even moves with the camera.
First of all this looks obviously bad but it’s also very distracting during gameplay if you imagine most level textures constantly changing their lighting while moving through the levels.
File consistency check, disabling RTX/Global illumination and deleting the shader cache didn’t change anything

Start the game an log in with any character. Issue appears instantly on the mourning star and every mission
