Damage is calculated by Base Damage + (Base Damage*Damage% stat).

That means that your chainaxe only has its base damage.

My only advice is : don’t buy 0% damage weapons.

Though if you can ever expose your favorite weapons on the ceiling of your bunk bed and if they ever release a unicorn heart skin for it, I hope you do that.
