Bots are most likely never getting fixed. I wouldn’t hold my breath if I was you.
I find them to be just fine. Guessing you replied to OP, but anyway, I think the videos against bosses show that unless in a tight space they do pretty well, even with a ton of maulers in there.
Bots are such a reliable food source for Chaos Spawns that I’d rather shoot them myself first.
