# Bloodletting not giving crit chance stacks on a killing blow STILL has not been fixed properly

**Issue Description:**
Bloodletting _ **STILL** _ doesn’t properly give crit chance stacks when you get a killing blow on a bleeding enemy.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. take bloodletting feat
2. hit and kill a bleeding enemy
3. don’t gain crit chance stack
**Platform:**
