Bloodletter’s level 1 and 2 blessings are only available for the Tigrus Mk II Heavy Eviscerator weapon
Orestes Mk IV Chainaxe, Cadia Mk IV Assault Chainsword these two weapons, there is no Bloodletter level 1, 2 blessing, only level 3, 4
