Right now they are just “things to be found and collected with E”. Yet these books do have quiet and mystical presentation, and it would be good to have them getting bigger role in the gameplay - for example, each book could give you different knowledge, would that be lore (you get new pages in ingame encyclopedia once and when it’s released) or perks, characteristics or patterns you can apply for your equipment. So when you find a grimoire, you do know that you pick up something really important, a small part of a W40K world.
