i dont know if you can edit a post and i couldnt figure it out so heres the updated times with the increase from 10% cooldown regen per stack to 20% cooldown regen.

Bro, no offense, but this is very simple math, I don’t know if we need a long list of manually recorded timings, though I will say what you got is pretty accurate

1 stack: 70/1.2 = 58.3
2 stack: 70/1.4 = 50
etc.

More to the point, it’s like FS heard people saying cooldown regen is rubbish because it stacks badly, so they went “not if we double it!”

So now it still stacks very poorly with other sources of cooldown, but the number is tweaked so high you’ll be at permanent 50% cooldown reduction after only 5 bounties. AND they still haven’t nerfed the CDR of double shotted.

I have a strong feeling FS has no idea what to do with this talent row. Making every single talent involve or revolve around CDR seems like a poor way to go.
