obviously play and win Clandestium Gloriana. Never played the campaign… but it is what you have to do. How to access it, I don’t know.

Is it possible you’ve not completed the one before IX too? Maybe you have to play through the missions leading up to that one also, dunno.

I would try to complete “VII” as well. It looks like they both might be a requirement.
