Basic training dodge slow-mo bug

Issue Description:
In basic training->dodge, when prompted to dodge out of the enemy’s attack, when the enemy attacks and there is a slow-mo effect applied but the player has 0 stamina, repeatedly spam the melee special attack button (Which does a parry in this case). The slow-motion effect does not end end. Had to wait until the enemy does its next attack and the player have enough stamina to dodge for the game to cancel slow-mo

Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]

  1. Play basic training at the psykarium
  2. Play through the training until dodge, prompted to dodge enemy attack
  3. Spam dodge until 0 stamina
  4. Wait for enemy to melee attack, spam special melee action (parry).
  5. Slow motion happens when enemy melee attack. Stamina still at 0
  6. Slow motion continue to happen even after the enemy’s melee attack ends

Expected slow motion to stop if failed to dodge after enemy melee attack
