# Backend Error while opening chests

This seems to still be an issue. I was opening a few 100 commendation chests when it occurred.

@Pipoutw, just to check, are you unable to open any specific chests?

It’s still expected that opening too many chests in a short time can cause a backend error, as this is triggered by too many spammed events/requests to the backend (though it should be improved and a little less sensitive than before). The second part to this issue, was that some chests became unable to open.

My game crashed then it wouldn’t launch so I had to verify the files with Steam. Now, I can open chests again but didn’t open many yet.  
I’ll open a few more hundreds later today and I’ll post everything.
