I’m unable to sign back in after I bought in game currency now I can’t sign back in
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
I had the game on quick resume so I went to the store made my purchase then as I log back on to reset it so the currency is on my account but now I can’t log back in
Thanks! I can see two attempted transactions in your purchase history today, but both show an “Unresolved” status and have not completed. I’ve queried this, and the backend error with our backend developers and I’ll be back in touch once I hear back from them!
I should also point out I only bought a single currency the 2700+200 one so if their are two someone either hacked my account or the purchase was done twice. Just an FYI
@Sparda, our backend developer has had a look and nothing immediately appears to be wrong with your account data - which is good

Is this the time that you attempted the purchase? If so, I suspect that a network/connectivity issue, or a client/UI bug may have occurred and caused the request to process twice and fail. We’ve confirmed that both of these transactions show as Unresolved and have not completed successfully, so you should not be charged.
As there doesn’t appear to be an obvious backend issue, I recommend to try deleting your local save data as this may have become corrupted and could be the cause of the error, and then to try starting Darktide. Please note that deleting your local save data will remove any custom settings and your loadouts, so they will need to be recreated, apologies for this inconvenience!
That still didn’t work as I deleted it from my console and I know if I delete it from everywhere I lose all the stuff I bought and got up to this point.
Is there anyway to refund the purchase and reset everything before the purchase? Cause I’m going to try reinstalling it cause losing everything I bought with my money is unacceptable.
@Sparda, thanks for the update. You won’t lose anything you’ve purchased, not to worry! this is stored in the backend - it’s just settings and loadout data stored locally.
We’ve just received an influx of backend error reports from several Xbox and MS Store players - so it’s not an isolated incident. We’re investigating now and should hopefully have it resolved soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.
