Back end error, got nothing

I experienced this not long ago, I had a few back end, could not resolve host errors previous to this,
But this one simply said, Back end error, got nothing.

(hopefully that displays properly, it’s my first post here.)

I’m not sure why it came up, it could have been a latency/connectivity issue, my internet occasionally goes wonky. I have no mods installed. I actually got rid of these by switching from my ISP DNS to Google. My primary is 8.8.8.8 and secondary is 8.8.4.4. Haven’t had one since.
