Audio Distortion During Large Hordes on Xbox One

Issue Summary:
Audio seems to become distorted during large hordes on Xbox. Happens most frequently on the new DLC maps.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Listen to game audio during hordes on the new DLC maps

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Constant (100%)

Additional Information:

  • Using an OG Xbox console
  • Using a Turtle Beach XO Four headset plugged into my controller via the official adapter
  • No charger cable plugged into my controller (can distort audio)
  • I’m in an Xbox Live party every time this has happened (no idea if this is relevant, but it might be interfering somehow)
  • No games/apps are downloading/updating in the background (usually responsible for audio distortion on Xbox)
  • Doesn’t matter if host or off-host

Similar issue on PC, but instead of that noise, we lose all audio for a few seconds. Also during hyper dense hordes, your attacks will phase right though them, deal no damage and you get the audio bug as well. Othertimes it sound like you are underwater or in a cave.
