Assigning feat doesn't save when unlock a new tier

Issue Description:
When you reach level (5|10|15|20|25|30) and get a new tier of feats, assigning new feat doesn’t save first time. Need to go back and assign again so the game actually save the assigned feat. Seems to only happen once per feat tier unlock.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Level up character to (5|10|15|20|25|30)
  2. Assigning a feat in the new unlocked tier
  3. Close operative screen, then reopen
  4. Feat still not assigned (if you assign again here it will save and behave like it should)

Just a little more detail, this happens every time you want to change a feat, not just when reaching a new tier. You’ve got to select the feat, switch tabs, switch back to the feat tab, and set it again for it to stick.
