Application Failed to Start

On the Start up of the game it initializes and the it says waiting for game and the it says application failed to start. I have verified the game files through STEAM and restarted my computer.

My computer is far above the minimum requirements. I have verified the game files, and my .NET framework is up to date. I will see if an uninstall reinstall will work.

I do not know what is preventing me from playing this game. I have looked at my firewall and anti-virus settings. I have a PC that can(according to the specs) run the game. I have the updated drivers, I have used the .NET framework repair tool. I have verified the game files twice. Uninstalled, restarted the PC, and reinstalled the game. Nothing I know how to do works.

Finally got it to work had to update the exceptions list on my anti-virus.
