Anyone knows where or when Sire Melk will shell out some cosmetics?

There was a picture going around somewhere that showed that he would have a cosmetic in a shop (could not find it). And there has been a mention in the 1.0.10 patch of it:

  • Fixed some visible black spots on upper body cosmetics obtained through Sire Melk’s Requisitorium.

  • Veterans should now wear the correct gloves on the Sire Melk’s Requisitorium obtained / Penance earned cosmetics.

Did anyone actually see any cosmetics on his shop?
Or is it another part of the game that is missing like several weapons (powermace for ogryn and the rest of the datamined weapons), 4/5th of the crafting and more?

There is a chance they meant that in the first time cinematic of meeting Sire Melk, veterans were wearing the wrong gloves in the cinematic.
