An Idea to Balance Dual Axes

I think a lot of what makes CATA easy or hard (in its relative difficulty) happens in the loadouts and willingness of one or two players to be a dedicated do one thing player. When your staggering well you melt stuff but someone has to snipe the special spam and someone has to watch for silent spawns of any type so… one or two of you are dedicated to presenting a wall around which the rest of the party succeeds. It doesn’t feel like compelling gameplay for those chosen sacrifices.

The answer is of course git gud, because that’s always the answer and its a damaging wrong outlook imho.
