Ammo regen should not be veteran's unique talent

  1. Other class can still use guns, they shold also have a right to use guns without praying for a veteran. Even ammo regen should be a born-skill, not in talent tree.
  2. Putting ammo regen in the aura leads to difficulty in rebalancing. Orgin have their own weapon.
