All three scriptures periodically not spawning on "upload data to cogitator array" map

Issue Description:
On the “upload data to the cogitator array” map, periodically all three scriptures won’t spawn. Played the map a few times, and we always get one or two out of three.
On the play today, we searched the whole map, and I believe one spawned in the ceiling, as we heard the audio cue, but weren’t able to actually retrieve it.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play “upload to cogitator map”
  2. Look for scriptures
  3. Be unable to find scriptures.
  4. Search the whole map.
  5. Find none, or find one in a place that isn’t player accessible.
