Agreed. It usually takes me a moment to realize it’s the twins instead of a regular captain.

Reaction and dps check
There’s no reaction before getting hit at least once if they go for the fast combo as their first attack
I don’t mind they appear suddendly and very quickly, but they should add at least a sound warning that they’re coming
You can sometimes hear the shield activation noise and if you hear that without a healthbar appearing you know it’s them. Not consistent but it works a good chunk of the time.
