Technical issues, including (but not limited to!) crashes, errors, problems launching Vermintide 2 and other issues that require our support are to be posted here.

Generalised bugs, and other issues that you wish to report but do not require our support on, are to be posted in Bug Reports instead.

Before posting, please do a quick search to see if your issue has been reported previously.

Please be clear and concise in your report, and list any actions you may have already taken to remedy the issue.


Reporting a Crash on PC

Please include a copy of the crash report produced where possible, or the console log associated with the session in which the crash occurred. See here for instructions.

Reporting a Crash on Console

When a crash occurs on console, an error produced by the system is usually displayed shortly afterwards. Please either screenshot or write out the entirety of the error displayed - it’s particularly important that you include any numbers produced with the error.

Additionally, please include your GamerTag or PSN ID in your post.
