Nah, dual hammers with heavies can clear mixed hordes and do nice single armor damage, they are way better in anyway than specialist weapons and they are freaking fast with great cleave and pattern
I’ve used them a lot and I find that 1h Hammer actually has better armor damage, because you can reliably headshot with it. With Dual, at least one of the charge attack hammers will miss it’s headshot, except maybe on monsters. Either way you are looking at 2-3 charged attacks to kill a SV, so the difference only really matters on CW’s.
Also, the push attack is a stab. Who the heck stabs things with a hammer? Oh yeah, dwarfs…
