not a bug. just like weakspot dmg increase this increases the dmg of your crit and not also your base-dmg in that crit. Example. normal dmg:100, damage on crit: 120. The critdmg is here 20, which will be increased by x percent. and yes, weakspot/crit dmg increase suck hard in most cases. ---
